SDL Meeting Notes - Email Formatting Guide

Introduction

Our new Meeting Notes System automatically processes emails sent to [email protected] to capture, organize, and format meeting notes using the SDL template format. This guide explains how to format your emails for optimal results.

How It Works

1. Send an email to [email protected] with your meeting notes
2. Include all attendees as recipients (To: or CC:) of your email
3. The system extracts key information from your email
4. Notes are formatted using the SDL Meeting Template
5. Documents are stored in Google Drive and shared with attendees
